Who Put God in Charge?
Probably the dumbest title ever, I assume
Today would have been my Father’s 78th birthday, but He has been enjoying them in heaven for the past ten years. I still miss him and often find it hard to believe that He is gone.
Dad was a good man, a great husband, a wonderful father, and an example of what it meant to walk with Jesus. He was faithful, consistent, and a great servant in the church.
There are many evil people in this world who are in perfect health, and my Dad received an inoperable tumor. Why? Good question, but no answers. Oh, there are answers, but we don’t know what they are . . . yet.

I still trust God’s wisdom
Just because I am a pastor, this does not mean that I, too, don’t struggle with the “Why” question. God seemingly makes no sense at times, but because He is God, He gets to determine what He will do, and no one gets to argue with Him. Many people have tried (me included), and trust me; it does not work.
